It is an ONGOING PROCESS
of TRANSFORMING

It is about
CHANGING your thoughts
CHANGING your actions
CHANGING your habits
CHANGING your character
CHANGING your DESTINY

Have you ever wonder
why I was unhappy after your match

It is the serious part of me
thinking of how careless you were
to let
your old thoughts (loosen defence after scoring )
your old actions( not listening to coach's instruction)
your old habits( no box out, unnecessary foul)
appeared on court again

Remember
only with determination, perseverance and belief
then can you CHANGE your DESTINY
